HACKING & TILING
Run by our own crews — the same faces on site, project after project. Where a scope needs an outside trade, we name it rather than let you assume.
PAINTING
Our own painters and masonry crew. The finish is inspected against our standard before handover — and we are the ones who answer for it, whoever held the brush.
GENERAL WORKS
Partitions, electrical, plumbing and aircon go to licensed specialists — as the law requires. We co-ordinate them and carry the warranty, so you never chase five vendors. One PM, one number.

How much of the work do you do yourselves?
Carpentry is built at our own Defu South factory, which shares ownership with the studio. Hacking, tiling, masonry and painting run through our own crews. Partition work, electrical, plumbing and aircon go to licensed specialists — those trades legally require licensed tradesmen in Singapore. Where a scope needs an outside trade, we tell you which one. Either way the warranty is ours, and so is the phone number you call.
What are ENF-grade boards, and why do they matter?
ENF (E-Nothing Formaldehyde) is the lowest formaldehyde-emission grade for engineered boards. We use SGS-tested ENF-grade carcass boards as standard on all carpentry — not as a paid upgrade.
How do I get a renovation quote?
Build an indicative, itemised estimate yourself with our online quote builder — pick your property type and add the works you need. A firm, line-item quote is confirmed after an on-site measurement.
How long does a typical renovation take?
Most projects run 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the complexity and scope of works.
How is payment structured?
Payment is staged across the project: 15% upon confirmation, 40% prior to commencement of works, 40% upon carpentry measurement, and 5% upon handover. Variation and design orders (VO / DO) are payable immediately.
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes. Our renovation and installation works carry a one-year workmanship warranty.
